“I have a huge admiration for Mirjam and Boas Adolphi for their perseverance, their vision, their big heart with which they have been since years running the “Friend’s House” and saving so many children from unbearable environment. Their influence has been remarquable also on a larger scale; a living example for children’s homes all over Ukraine. They truly care for these children and continuously think about the different ways by which to help and support these kids and teenagers to have a life with hope.
Since years I have had some little charity activities of my own in India, Russia, Poland. After having met with Mirjam Adolphi and getting to know about the “Friend’s Home” I got the strong feeling that this was a place where I could do something more, be a close partner with this home and the children, to create something with more significance.
With the words of world famous leadership author John C. Maxwell:
“The accomplishment of a significant dream comes only when a person has something to offer.”
I’m looking eagerly forward to visiting the Home and to getting the chance to meet with the children!”
